Message	It is not bashing if it is the truth. Sounds like Z1/AMS marketing got you. Anyone can make a product sound good on paper and paint it black to look good. When will people learn, Z1/AMS is only concerned with taking your money. Who cares right, "they get the job done".. shakes head.. A quality company like BDE care about its customers and the products he puts out. Hence why you got upgraded hardware, install instruction, and outstanding customer service. Lastly you are very naive if you think Z1/AMS genuinely cares about anything else besides making a dollar. Just tired of Z1/AMS post about poor quality and customer service when there are better companies to do business with. (End rant)
